## Job Overview: Management Trainee (MT) – Quality Control

Core Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this training program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Education: Minimum of an Associate Degree (Diploma) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant engineering or technical field of study.
* Experience: Open to ambitious fresh graduates with relevant academic backgrounds. However, prior experience in the washing machine or consumer electronics manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of quality measurement instruments, calibration, and quality assurance methodologies.
* Product Standards: Familiarity with inspection protocols, testing methodologies, and standard operating procedures for manufactured goods.
* Personal Attributes: Demonstrable honesty, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of professional responsibility.
* Health Standards: Must be physically and mentally fit, with normal color vision (no color blindness).
* Work Location: Willingness to be placed and work on-site at the Kendal Industrial Park (KIK), Central Java.
