## Become a Sales Representative Trainee: Program Overview
Trakindo is launching a specialized 6-month Trainee Sales Representative program designed to cultivate the next generation of sales leaders. The Trainee Journey
The program is structured to ensure participants gain comprehensive expertise through two distinct phases:
1. In-Class Development (Months 1–3): Conducted at the Trakindo Training Center in Cileungsi, Bogor. During this phase, trainees undergo rigorous training focused on fundamental sales techniques, high-level product knowledge, and technical industry insights.
2. On-the-Job Training (Months 4–6): Participants will be assigned to various regional branches to implement their skills in live business environments, gaining hands-on experience under the mentorship of seasoned professionals.

* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) degree. While open to all majors, preference is given to graduates from Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Marine Engineering.

* Experience: Previous sales experience (up to 2 years) in banking, insurance, industrial materials, or heavy equipment is highly valued, though fresh graduates from the specified engineering fields are strongly encouraged to apply.
