1. Production Operator
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to manage our high-precision machinery and ensure that our production standards remain at the highest level.
* Minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering.
* Open to fresh graduates, though prior experience as a cutting tool operator is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in operating Walter CNC Grinding machines.
* Strong ability to read technical drawings and utilize precision measuring instruments.
* Ability to strictly adhere to established standard operating procedures.
* Commitment to routine machine maintenance and accurate daily reporting.
* Willingness to work in a shift-based system and be based in Cikarang.
2. Sales Engineer
Our Sales Engineers act as the bridge between our technical capabilities and our clients' needs. You will be responsible for growth, relationship management, and strategic market development.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience; fresh graduates with a strong drive are also encouraged to apply.
* Experience in the cutting tool industry is considered a significant advantage.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with existing clients and acquire new business.
