## Job Vacancy: HSE Officer
We are looking for a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to oversee safety protocols across our geotechnical surveys, geophysical assessments, and groundwater well-drilling operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in mitigating workplace risks and ensuring compliance with national safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and monitor company HSE policies across all field and office operations.
* Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identifications for drilling and survey projects.
* Ensure all field personnel strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
* Facilitate safety briefings, toolbox talks, and incident prevention training sessions.
* Maintain accurate documentation of safety reports, incident logs, and compliance records.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma III (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with up to 1 year of professional experience.
* Mandatory Certifications: Must hold a valid AK3U, K3 Migas, or K3 BNSP certification.
* Location: Must be domiciled in Bandung or willing to be based there.
