## Job Role and Responsibilities
As a Production Staff member at our Gresik plant, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily manufacturing workflows, optimizing plant efficiency, and ensuring that our output meets strict international quality benchmarks. Your daily responsibilities will span across machine performance monitoring, technical drafting, and cross-functional collaboration to eliminate bottlenecks on the production floor.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering from a reputable university.
* Industry Experience: Prior professional experience within a manufacturing or industrial production environment is strongly preferred.

* Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD for technical design and spatial planning, alongside complete fluency in Microsoft Office applications.
