1. KPI Administrator
We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented professional to manage and report Key Performance Indicators across warehouse operations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational data covering inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.
* Analyze performance metrics, uncover variances, and deliver actionable business insights.
* Generate and distribute accurate KPI reports to internal stakeholders and external clients.
* Design compelling visual presentations, infographics, and summaries utilizing Photoshop, Canva, or CorelDraw.
* Partner with the Control Tower division to supply real-time performance data and analytical support.
* Maintain and update KPI databases and dashboards with absolute precision.
* Requirements:
* Minimum D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business Administration.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, dashboards) and the Microsoft Office Suite.

8. Forklift Operator
