## 1. Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the crucial bridge between our advanced engineering solutions and our clientele. You will leverage your technical knowledge to demonstrate the value of our systems, consult with industry experts, and drive aggressive revenue growth.
Core Responsibilities
* Technical Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling presentations that clearly explain complex industrial equipment and services to prospective clients.
* Full-Cycle Sales Management: Generate premium sales leads, manage post-contact follow-ups, negotiate pricing, close contracts, secure renewals, and coordinate seamless product deliveries.
* Client Consultation: Collaborate closely with clients and internal engineering teams to accurately assess equipment needs and system requirements.
* Goal Achievement: Consistently set, track, and surpass regional sales targets and performance quotas.
* Market Expansion: Win clients over from competitors, uncover untapped market verticals, and continuously pitch strategic improvement solutions to upper management.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any discipline, with a strong preference for Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales and marketing, ideally within the HVAC, cooling tower, or heavy industrial equipment sectors.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Key Competencies: Exceptional verbal communication, polished negotiation tactics, strong interpersonal abilities, and high computer literacy.
## 2. Project Management Staff
As a Project Management Staff member, you will orchestrate the smooth execution of large-scale operations. From meticulous budgeting and scheduling to complex international logistics, you will ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Core Responsibilities
* Operational Planning: Design comprehensive project schedules, maintain strict budgetary controls, and proactively troubleshoot operational roadblocks.
* Supply Chain & Logistics: Oversee cash flow management, coordinate local and international material deliveries, and guarantee that installation milestones are met.
* Import Operations: Handle end-to-end import workflows, including verifying shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, PIB, Certificate of Origin), managing customs clearance, and applying current import regulations, logistics rules, and HS code analyses.
* Vendor Management: Supervise external suppliers to ensure all procured materials strictly align with project specifications and quality targets.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, general Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related field.
* Experience: Background in HVAC, cooling tower systems, construction, or industrial equipment is preferred. Fresh graduates with exceptional potential are also welcome to apply.
