## Core Responsibilities of the Engineering Role

* Process Analysis and Optimization: Continuously evaluate current production methods to identify bottlenecks and implement high-impact improvements.
* Equipment Monitoring: Oversee the performance and reliability of factory machinery and technical installations.
* Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Rapidly diagnose and resolve technical challenges on the production floor to minimize downtime.
* Technical Documentation: Draft comprehensive engineering reports and maintain accurate operational documentation.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the production floor, Quality Assurance (QA), and other related departments to streamline operations.
