## Available Positions for the 2025 FGDP Intake
We are looking for motivated candidates to fill specialized roles across various departments. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree (S1) in the relevant fields specified below:
* FGDP – Human Capital: Open to graduates of Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management.
* FGDP – Operation: Open to Civil Engineering graduates.
* FGDP – Engineering: Open to Mining Engineering, Geodesy, Geophysics, or Geological Engineering graduates.
* FGDP – CPSD: Open to Industrial Engineering graduates.
* FGDP – Plant: Open to Mechanical Engineering or Heavy Equipment Engineering graduates.
## General Requirements for Applicants
To ensure the high standards of our operational teams, all candidates must meet the following baseline criteria:
1. Gender & Age: Male applicants only; maximum age of 28 for Human Capital roles, and maximum age of 25 for Operations, Engineering, CPSD, and Plant positions.
2. Academic Standing: A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
3. Physical Condition: Candidates must be in excellent physical and mental health. Applicants must be free of tattoos and piercings.
4. Health Status: Must have completed the third dose (booster) of the Covid-19 vaccination.
5. Commitment: Applicants must demonstrate readiness to undergo an intensive training program and be prepared for placement at any of our operational sites across Kalimantan.
