## Available Opportunities for Graduates
We are currently recruiting for two critical streams within our Batam operations. Both roles require a customer-first mindset, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for operational excellence.
1. Graduate Development Program – Manufacturing Engineer Process (Supply Chain Focus)
This role focuses on optimizing supply chain performance through precise data management and supplier collaboration. You will ensure material availability and mitigate supply risks through strategic planning.
* Manage purchase orders and execute production forecasts.
* Maintain accurate master data within SAP systems to ensure seamless operation.
* Perform weekly inventory analyses to support decision-making.
* Maintain regular, professional communication with internal and external suppliers.
* Rotation 1 (OMM Analyst): Focuses on SAP for OMM, Power BI, and Lean manufacturing basics.
* Rotation 2 (Supply Plan): Specializes in SAP-driven supply planning.
2. Graduate Development Program – Operational Buyer Support
The Operational Buyer role is vital to maintaining the flow of our supply chain. You will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring that systems remain accurate and reliable.
* Streamline purchasing activities including PO creation and delivery follow-ups.
* Ensure SAP master data integrity to facilitate accurate system calculations.
* Conduct routine inventory health checks and analysis.
* Collaborate with suppliers to ensure operational alignment and efficiency.
## Candidate Requirements
To excel in these roles, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.0.
* Experience: A maximum of two years of work experience post-graduation.
* Communication: Fluency in English is mandatory; excellent communication and influencing skills are essential.
* Attributes: A self-starter with ambition, curiosity, and a customer-centric attitude.
