## Available Career Positions
We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the following roles across our various production and administrative departments.
1. Automation Engineering Manager
* Design and implement innovative automation solutions to enhance production efficiency.
* Develop cost-effective strategies for both new and existing manufacturing processes.
* Lead engineering teams, manage departmental budgets, and oversee automation project lifecycles to align with company goals.
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial automation.
* Strong leadership and project management proficiency.
* Background in the food manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
2. HR Administrator
* Manage HRIS modules, including attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll data processing.
* Generate routine reports regarding workforce data, attendance metrics, and other HR KPIs for management review.
* Assist in the administration of employment documentation and mandatory regulatory reporting.
* Diploma in Information Systems, Informatics, Management, Administration, or a related field.
* Proficient in data management using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
* Familiarity with SAP software is a significant plus.
3. Packaging Engineer
* Execute machinery trials and oversee the commissioning process.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives for packaging systems.
* Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and project reports.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with production, purchasing, and relevant departments.
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Production Supervisor
* Ensure production targets are met in strict accordance with quality standards.
* Oversee team workload distribution and scheduling.
* Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering.
* Knowledge of GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 is preferred.
* Proficient in Google Sheets and capable of training/mentoring staff.
* Fluent in English; willing to work in a 3-shift rotation system.
5. Production Machine Operator
* Operate, monitor, and perform routine maintenance on production machinery in compliance with SOPs.
* Report daily output, raw material consumption, and technical issues.
* Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience.
* Diploma holders in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Understanding of GMP and workplace safety (K3) protocols.
6. Instrumentation & Calibration Technician
* Verify and adjust the accuracy of measurement instruments.
* Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on sensors and control systems.
* Maintain logs for data, test results, and corrective maintenance actions.
* Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma in Mechatronics or Industrial Electronics.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in instrumentation and calibration preferred.
* Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
7. Maintenance Technician
* Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to minimize production downtime.
* Perform daily, weekly, or monthly inspections of mechanical and electrical systems.
* Document maintenance activities, manage spare parts inventory, and generate reports.
* Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Experience in the food industry is highly preferred.
* Knowledge of GMP and workplace safety (K3); availability for 3-shift work.
