In this role, you will play an indispensable part in supporting daily operational workflows, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring smooth technical execution in the field.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute shift handovers and draft comprehensive operational reports accurately.
* Work collaboratively within a structured shift schedule in a fast-paced oil and gas operational environment.
* Read and interpret engineering documents, including P&IDs, flow diagrams, datasheets, and operating procedures.
* Monitor critical operational parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, levels, and gas quality.
* Handle and understand standard oilfield hardware, including valves, meters, separators, scrubbers, instrumentation, and related mechanical assets.
Candidate Qualifications
To ensure a strong fit for this technical position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Gender & Age: Male, with a maximum age of 45 years old.
2. Educational Background & Experience:
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in a Technical major, backed by at least 3 years of relevant work experience; OR
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in a Technical discipline, backed by at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
3. Technical Competencies: Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding operational parameters.
4. Administrative Skills: Highly proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, with an advanced command of MS Excel.
5. Location Priority: Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Gresik and Pasuruan.
