## Program Eligibility Requirements
To ensure the high standards of our operations, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D4) in Agriculture, Forestry, or a closely related discipline.
2. Academic Excellence: Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
3. Age Limit: Must be no older than 25 years at the time of application.
4. Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates, as well as professionals with no more than two years of relevant work experience.
5. Commitment: Willingness to undergo an intensive 6-month training program followed by a 12-month service bond.
6. Mobility: Must be prepared and willing to be stationed at our remote operational sites in Kalimantan.
