## Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. Key responsibilities include:
* Financial Documentation: Accurately recording all corporate financial transactions and maintaining comprehensive general ledgers and cash books.
* Financial Reporting: Preparing precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
* Strategic Analysis: Providing actionable financial insights to management to support informed decision-making.
* Bank Reconciliation: Ensuring all bank accounts are reconciled and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
* Documentation Verification: Validating the accuracy of invoices, receipts, and billing statements to maintain audit readiness.
* Tax Compliance: Calculating, documenting, and filing corporate taxes (PPN, PPh, etc.) while ensuring adherence to current tax regulations.
* Budget Management: Assisting in the formulation of annual budgets and conducting variance analysis to monitor financial performance against projections.
* Audit Support: Preparing necessary documentation for internal and external audits and implementing improvements based on audit findings.
* Administrative Oversight: Managing a structured and accessible filing system for all financial records.
* Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborating closely with the Purchasing, HR, and Finance departments to streamline transaction workflows.
## Professional Qualifications
To ensure our financial standards remain at the highest level, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Experience: A minimum of two years of professional experience in accounting or financial management.
3. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends or irregularities.
4. Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of Indonesian tax laws and general accounting principles.
5. Technical Proficiency: High level of competence in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
6. Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in data entry and financial reporting.
