Operational and Engineering Roles
* Civil & Road Maintenance Officer: Requires a Civil Engineering degree, 3+ years of experience, and active POP certification. You will manage hauling road infrastructure and settling pond (KPL) operations.
* Operation Safety Staff: Open to graduates in Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (1–2 years of experience). Focuses on equipment commissioning and safety database management.
* Operations Safety Supervisor: Requires 3+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical systems and safety regulations. You will lead the Operational Safety (KO) systems for mining infrastructure.
* Surveyor: Seeking Geology or Mining Engineering graduates with 1–2 years of experience. You will be responsible for topographic surveys, volume calculations, and mapping.
Environmental and Compliance Roles
* ESG System & Compliance Officer: Requires an Environmental Engineering degree and 3+ years of experience. Expertise in HSE regulations, SIMPEL reporting, and environmental data analysis is mandatory.
* LB3 & Water Management Staff: Open to Environmental or Chemical Engineering graduates (1–2 years of experience). Focuses on water quality monitoring, waste management, and data reporting.
* LB3 & Water Management Supervisor: Requires 3+ years of experience in wastewater treatment (WWTP) and K3LH. Candidates must hold a POPAL certificate.
Administrative, HR, and Support Roles
* External Relations Staff: Open to Law, Social Science, or Sociology graduates (1–2 years of experience). You will manage social mapping and community engagement programs.
* HR Officer: Requires a degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Management with 3+ years of experience. Focuses on organizational development, HRIS management, and employee engagement.
* Management System & Improvement Officer: Requires 3+ years of experience in Management or Industrial Engineering. You will drive continuous improvement (CIP) and KPI implementation.
* Shipping & Barging Admin Officer: Based in Palembang, this role requires 3+ years of experience in logistics, SAP proficiency, and knowledge of INCOTERMS and maritime regulations.
* Warehouse Staff: Seeking graduates in Management or Industrial Engineering (1–2 years of experience) with strong inventory management and SAP reporting skills.
