1. Electrical Technician
Our Electrical Technicians are the backbone of our site operations, ensuring that infrastructure remains robust, safe, and efficient.
* Conducting site surveys and diagnostic assessments.
* Executing comprehensive equipment testing and performance reporting.
* Maintaining and managing specialized technical tools and equipment.
* Educational background: Minimum vocational degree (SMK) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 1–2 years in a field technician role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced ability to interpret electrical schematics, including wiring diagrams and single-line diagrams.
* Specialized Skills: Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) panels and busbars.
* Certification: Preference will be given to candidates possessing an active K3 Listrik (Electrical Safety) certification.
* Availability: Must be prepared to start in November 2026 and be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, as project schedules dictate.
2. Automation Technician
Our Automation Technicians lead the charge in implementing high-tech control systems that drive industrial output and process accuracy.
* Performing technical reviews and detailed project planning.
* Managing project execution, including onsite supervision, system programming, testing, and commissioning.
* Preparing technical documentation and project completion reports.
* Educational background: Minimum vocational degree (SMK) in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a field technician in industrial or manufacturing projects.
* Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of PLC systems, SCADA architecture, and industrial instrument calibration.
* Troubleshooting Expertise: Capability to perform foundational diagnostics on motor control systems, Variable Speed Drives (VSD), and panel interlock circuits.
* Availability: Must be prepared to start in November 2026 and be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, as project schedules dictate.
