## Candidate Qualifications
We are seeking graduates who demonstrate exceptional analytical capabilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine drive for leadership. To be eligible for the 2026 cohort, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S-1) in Civil Engineering.
* Academic Performance: Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
* Age Limit: No older than 25 years as of April 2, 2026.
* Marital Status: Must be single and willing to remain unmarried for the duration of the Management Trainee program.
* Geographic Mobility: Must be prepared to be stationed at any project site across Indonesia.
## Program Terms and Conditions
Successful candidates will be required to commit to the professional standards of PT. Minarta Dutahutama. Our commitment to your development is mutual, and the following terms apply:
1. Professional Bond: Participants must adhere to a mandatory two-year service agreement (ikatan dinas) following the completion of the program.
2. Integrity Standards: Successful candidates must sign a pact of integrity and agree to uphold the company’s strict operational and ethical guidelines.
3. Deployment: Flexibility regarding work location is essential, as trainees will be assigned based on the company’s operational needs across the Indonesian archipelago.
4. Support and Mobility: Once selected, all mobilization and accommodation costs for the duration of the program will be fully covered by PT. Minarta Dutahutama.
