## Role Overview: Legal Assistant (Pro Hire)
The Legal Assistant position is a critical role responsible for safeguarding the company’s legal interests and ensuring strict regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will act as a guardian of our corporate integrity, ensuring that every transaction and strategic decision is backed by robust legal frameworks.
Core Responsibilities
* Corporate Governance: Manage corporate legal aspects and ensure adherence to state-owned enterprise (BUMN) regulations.
* Legal Documentation: Lead the drafting and review of complex contracts, agreements, and formal legal opinions.
* Strategic Action Support: Provide legal assistance during corporate actions, including mergers, divestments, share transfers, and asset collaboration projects.
* Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and harmonize internal regulations to ensure alignment with national laws.
* Integrity Oversight: Spearhead the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and integrity programs, including ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management Systems), conflict of interest disclosures, and LHKPN reporting.

General Requirements
1. Citizenship: Must be an Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
2. Academic Standing:
* Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) for graduates of state universities (PTN).
* Minimum GPA of 3.25 (on a 4.00 scale) for graduates of private or international universities (PTS/PT LN).
3. Ethical Record: Must have no history of involvement in bribery, illegal gratuities, fraud, or corruption, documented by a formal statement of integrity.
Specialized Requirements
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Law is mandatory; a Master’s degree in Law or Notarial Law is considered a significant advantage.
* Experience: A minimum of three years of professional experience specifically within corporate law or compliance. Relevant experience must include contract management and legal advisory services.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, BUMN regulatory frameworks, and contract law.
* Specialized Knowledge: Proficiency in ISO 37001 standards, anti-gratification protocols, and conflict-of-interest management.
* Certifications: Possession of a PKPA/Advocate ID, or professional certifications in legal/contract drafting, ISO 37001, or Integrity Development is highly encouraged and will be prioritized during the selection process.
