1. Purchasing Specialist
We are looking for a procurement expert to manage our end-to-end supply chain requirements.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Expertise: Solid background in Import/Export processes, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and EMKL.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Language: Professional fluency in English, both verbal and written.
2. Personnel Staff (HR/Payroll)
This role is vital for maintaining the operational structure of our workforce, which exceeds 1,000 employees.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Informatics (IT).
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR or Payroll within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
* Core Competencies: Expertise in remuneration, benefits, and HRIS systems. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF formulas) are mandatory.
* Responsibilities: Managing monthly attendance reporting, processing personnel changes (promotions, demotions, transfers), and overseeing shift scheduling and overtime records.
3. Automation Technician
Join our engineering team to maintain and optimize our advanced manufacturing systems.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong foundation in PLC, HMI, SCADA, industrial networks, and electrical wiring.
* Systems Expertise: Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, as well as electrical drawing interpretation.
* Preferred: 2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector and relevant electrical or automation certifications.
4. Unit Head, Quality Assurance (QA)

* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.

5. Warehouse Staff
