We are currently seeking highly skilled professionals to join our expanding team across various technical disciplines.
## Open Positions and Technical Roles
We are currently recruiting for specialized personnel across three primary departments. Candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic, professional discipline, and the ability to operate effectively at project sites throughout Indonesia.
Mechanical Department
* Foremen: Millwright, Mechanical Fitter, Pipe Fitter, Rigger, Welder, Scaffolder, and Hydrotest.
* Technicians/Specialists: Millwright, Mechanical Fitter, Pipe Fitter, Rigger, Welder, Scaffolder, Hydrotest, and General Helper.
Piping Department
* Foremen: Piping, Hydrotest, Punch Team, Welder, Scaffolder, Rigger, Steam Tracing, and Painter.
* Specialists: Pipe Fitter, Hydro Test, Punch Team, Welder (Pipe/Plate), Scaffolder, Rigger, Steam Tracing, Painter, Coater, and Helper.
Structure Department
* Foremen: Steel Structure, Scaffolder (SCF), and Rigger.
* Specialists: Steel Structure Fitter, Steel Structure Helper, Scaffolder (SCF), Rigger, Rigger Helper, Welder (Plate), and Welder Helper.
## General Requirements for Applicants
To maintain our high standards of quality and safety, all applicants are expected to meet the following criteria:
* Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical or Piping Engineering is required for foreman-level positions. Candidates for helper and specific support roles must hold a minimum qualification of a Vocational High School (SMK) diploma.
* Experience: Applicants for foreman and technical specialist roles require a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in the EPC Power Plant or Oil and Gas industries. Helper positions require at least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
* Professional Attributes: We value individuals who are responsible, hard-working, and highly disciplined.
* Communication: Candidates must be fluent in English to facilitate effective collaboration within our international project environment.
* Flexibility: All successful candidates must be willing to be stationed at our various project sites across Indonesia.
