## Lead Logistics Excellence in Surabaya
We are currently seeking a motivated and strategic Analyst, Logistics Operations to join our team in Surabaya. This critical role oversees the distribution center for finished goods, managing a facility with 2,200 pallet positions. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team of six internal employees and seven contractors, focusing on warehouse productivity, rigorous quality standards, and compliance excellence in a non-Warehouse Management System (WMS) environment.
Core Responsibilities
The Analyst, Logistics Operations acts as the backbone of our distribution efficiency. You will be responsible for:
* Operational Oversight: Supervising daily domestic deliveries and RDC transfers, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, customer fulfillment, manufacturing, and supply planning teams.
* Performance Analytics: Conducting root cause analysis on operational costs and productivity, while implementing effective corrective and preventive measures.
* Financial and Process Management: Leading cost-saving initiatives, managing transportation logistics, and overseeing SAP-integrated warehouse processes, including cycle counting and throughput management.
* Compliance and Safety: Championing a "Safety First" culture by ensuring total adherence to SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) protocols and regulatory requirements.
* Leadership Development: Nurturing team capabilities, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and managing supplier relationships to meet regional performance benchmarks.
