* Educational major must be in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Certified or demonstrably proficient in GTAW and SMAW welding methods.
* Strong technical comprehension of electrical circuits, wiring, and power systems.
* Practical understanding and ability to operate workshop machine tools.
