Infrastructure & Engineering Roles
* Project Leader (Infrastructure): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Requires experience in workshop construction, project coordination, and budget planning.
* Engineering Infrastructure: Specialized engineering roles for infrastructure projects.
* Supervisor: Operational oversight for ongoing projects.
* K3 (HSE) Specialist: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering. Must have proven experience in developing and monitoring site-specific safety SOPs.
* Drafter: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 3+ years of experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, LDD, and Civil 3D is mandatory.
* Planner/Admin Alat: Coordination and administration of heavy equipment assets.
* Surveyor: Degree in Geodesy with 5+ years of experience in road and bridge construction. Expertise in Total Station, Waterpass, and RTK required; drone mapping skills are a distinct advantage.
* Site Administration: Degree in Accounting or Civil Engineering. Experience in project-level accounts payable and petty cash management is required.
* Checker: Quality and material verification for site operations.
* Sr. Civil Engineer (Head Office, Jakarta Selatan): Degree in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of experience. Must possess strong capabilities in DED creation, RAP preparation, and site supervision.

* Supervisor (Building & Infrastructure) – Jababeka: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 3+ years of experience in steel workshop construction.
* Supervisor (Steel) – Jababeka: Expertise in steel structures, lightweight materials, and quality control of construction materials.
* Project Leader (Workshop) – Cikarang: Focus on workshop construction management, budgeting, and team coordination.
* Project Leader (Land Clearing & Water Management) – South Kalimantan: Degree in Civil Engineering, Forestry, Soil Science, or Geology. Expertise required in land clearing, geodatabases, and palm oil water management systems.
