## Role Overview and Requirements
As an SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Production Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining production efficiency and ensuring the highest quality standards in our PCBA division. To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Professional Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience operating SMT machinery.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to operate Samsung-branded SMT machines.
* Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of SMT components, including the ability to accurately identify and read various electronic parts.
* Background: Previous experience working within a dedicated PCBA manufacturing environment.
* Digital Literacy: Strong computer skills, with a specific focus on Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with G-ERP systems will be considered a significant advantage during the selection process.
## Key Responsibilities
