## Current Openings and Job Qualifications
We are currently looking for dynamic, driven professionals to join our growing team. Review the specific requirements for each open position below to see where you fit best.
1. PE Engineer
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or any related major.
* Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Process Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
* Key Skills: Thorough knowledge of updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
* Language Proficiency: Active communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
2. PPIC Staff
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of production processes.
* Experience: Prior experience of at least 2 years in a PPIC role is strongly preferred.
* Language & Preferences: Active in English (spoken or written); fresh graduates who are fluent in Mandarin are also encouraged to apply.
3. Purchasing Staff
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of production materials and manufacturing procurement workflows.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing setting.
* Technical Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel formulas, specifically Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF.
* Language Proficiency: Active in English (spoken and written).
4. Quality Management System (QMS) Staff
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or another relevant major.
* Standards Knowledge: Deep familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 (noted as ISO 19001), and ISO 45001 frameworks.
* Experience: At least 2 years of direct experience working in Quality Management Systems.
* Additional Requirements: Computer literate with active English communication skills (spoken and written).
5. Lean Manufacture Engineer
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years working as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
* Language Proficiency: Active in English (spoken and written).
6. Mandarin Translator
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any major (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Qualifications: Prior experience as a Mandarin translator paired with an HSK 5 certification or higher.
* Core Competencies: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, possessing exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
7. Warehouse Staff
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in warehouse operations.
* Certifications & Skills: Must possess an active SIO Forklift certificate and be fully proficient in operating a forklift.
* Technical Skills: Comfortable and familiar with using Microsoft Excel.
8. HR Staff (Mandarin Speaker)
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant HR experience; fresh graduates with solid internship backgrounds are welcome to apply.
* Core Competencies: Demonstrated track record in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, coupled with a solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
* Language & Location: Mandatory fluency in both Mandarin and English; willingness to be based in Cikarang.
