1. SPV Store Project & Development
* Placement Location: Semarang
* Job Overview: Oversee retail store expansions, renovations, and visual merchandising standards to align with our expanding brand presence.
Key Qualifications:
* Hold at least a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
* Bring a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Store Development, Retail Projects, Renovations, or Interior Project Management.
* Possess a strong grasp of renovation workflows, material sourcing, vendor/contractor coordination, and on-site implementation.
* Demonstrate proficiency in store layout optimization, interior design, visual merchandising, and aesthetic display standards.
