1. Engineering Department
* Roles: Mine Plan Section Head, Survey Section Head, Production Control & Dispatch Section Head, Mine Plan Group Leader, Survey Group Leader.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geodesy, or a relevant field.
* Requirements: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (for Section Heads) or 2 years (for Group Leaders). Must hold a POP certification (mandatory for all), with JUT certification required for specific roles. Proven proficiency in data analysis, system development, and relevant technical software is essential.
2. Plant Department
* Roles: Site Technical Development Group Leader, Plant Infrastructure Track Group Leader.
* Qualifications: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical, Heavy Equipment, or Mechanical Engineering.
