## Role Overview: Site Officer Shift

As a Site Officer Shift, your primary duties will involve managing day-to-day operational flows and safeguarding inventory integrity:

* Inventory Management: Monitor fuel stocks continuously to ensure operational continuity while keeping inventory levels within established safety parameters.
* Reconciliation & Reporting: Conduct rigorous daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations to maintain accurate balance records.
* Storage Facility Maintenance: Oversee fuel storage tanks, perform volume measurements, carry out product quality checks, and ensure all site equipment remains fully functional.
* Variance Tracking & Loss Prevention: Detect stock discrepancies (gains or losses), report irregularities promptly, and conduct root-cause investigations into product losses.
* Supply Chain Execution: Supervise incoming shipments from suppliers and coordinate outgoing distribution to end-users in strict accordance with standard operating procedures.
