## Job Overview and Core Responsibilities
PT Daikin Industries Indonesia is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified professional to fill the position of Waste Management Operator (Forklift). In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all waste handling procedures align with strict environmental and safety regulations.
Your primary duties and responsibilities will encompass:
* Executing proper management, handling, and storage protocols for both hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste in strict accordance with established procedures and material characteristics.
* Monitoring and documenting all waste entering and exiting the Temporary Storage Facility (TPS), which includes verifying quantities, material types, and transport documentation completeness.
* Maintaining the utmost cleanliness, organization, and structural tidiness of the TPS area, ensuring proper drum arrangement, accurate waste labeling, and optimal facility conditions.
* Compiling and submitting comprehensive periodic waste management reports to supervisors and relevant departments to satisfy internal and external compliance requirements.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

The essential qualifications include:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent from any major.
* Licensing: Must possess a valid and active Forklift License (SIO Forklift).
* Technical Proficiency: Capable of operating Microsoft Excel efficiently for inventory tracking, data processing, and waste report compilation.
* Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous when recording incoming and outgoing waste streams, verifying categories, volumes, and accompanying transport paperwork.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of sorting, labeling, storage, and handling protocols for hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
* Safety Awareness: Sound foundational knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards, environmental protection, proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) utilization, and facility sanitation.
