Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for spearheading the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across our four major Business Units. Your core objectives will include:

* Mentoring and coaching the Talent Acquisition team to maximize recruitment efficiency.
* Monitoring KPIs to track and improve overall recruitment performance.

Candidate Requirements
