* Initial Harvest: Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) generally become available approximately 36 months after the initial planting, depending on the specific palm variety.
* Peak Production: Yields typically experience a significant upward trend, reaching their optimal capacity by the eighth year.
* Gradual Decline: From the fifteenth year onward, productivity begins to taper off naturally.
* Replanting Phase: By the twenty-fifth year, plantations enter the replanting cycle.
Currently, our South Sumatra estates are in the third year of a comprehensive replanting program.
