1. IT Project Manager
As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of technology initiatives, ensuring that every deployment adds strategic value to the organization.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, monitor, and close IT projects within agreed parameters regarding scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders to hit key project milestones.
* Translate complex business requirements into structured project plans, detailing methodologies and execution frameworks.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Gather, evaluate, and translate user needs into Business Requirement Documents (BRD), user stories, and application specifications.
* Coordinate the compilation of supporting development documents, covering business feasibility, legal compliance, risk assessment, and procurement scopes.
* Support the drafting of principle license proposals for projects within the Financing, Funding, and Digital domains.
* Monitor IT project execution, coordinate with development squads and vendors, and ensure final outputs satisfy business objectives.
* Prioritize feature requests, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate the ultimate readiness of IT solutions.
* Communicate development progress, roadblocks, and potential risks clearly to relevant stakeholders.
* Partner with users and third-party vendors to resolve application incidents and address internal audit discoveries.

* Candidate Qualifications:
