1. Production Staff – Japanese Speaker (Code: MACO)
This role is essential for maintaining efficient administrative flow and ensuring clear communication within our production division.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the collection, organization, and secure storage of all production-related documentation.
* Provide essential support for internal and external audit compliance.
* Oversee the lifecycle of documents, including the disposal of obsolete records.
* Facilitate multilingual communication through accurate translation between Japanese, English, and Indonesian.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* JLPT N3 certification or higher is mandatory.
* Strong familiarity with document control and administrative best practices.
* Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and meet strict deadlines.
2. Quality Staff – P1 & P3 (Code: QA-P1 / QA-P3)
Our Quality team ensures that every component meets the highest global standards. We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to manage inspection and compliance processes.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Execute precise dimensional inspections using specialized measurement equipment.
* Perform routine in-process and final product verifications to ensure adherence to customer specifications.
* Maintain, record, and analyze measurement data to support continuous improvement and trend monitoring.
* Identify quality issues, perform "Not Good" (NG) verifications, and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
* Coordinate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality-related challenges.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Quality control role within the manufacturing industry.
* Proven proficiency in using measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and height gauges.
