Core Responsibilities
As an Accounting Staff member, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and rigorous data management. Your daily tasks will include:
* Financial Recording: Preparing and managing both sales and purchase journals with precision.
* Audit Procedures: Conducting regular stock and cash opname procedures to ensure asset accuracy.
* Reporting: Developing and analyzing comprehensive monthly financial statements to support management decision-making.
* Data Integrity: Managing the company’s internal accounting database and verifying the validity of all financial transactions.
* General Support: Executing additional financial duties as required to facilitate the smooth operation of the finance department.
Professional Qualifications

1. Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.

3. Technical Proficiency: Strong command of the Accurate accounting software is mandatory.
