Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this rigorous development track, applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Gender: Male candidates only.
* Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old.
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
* Academic Excellence: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.25.
* Mobility: Fully willing to be placed anywhere across our operational network in Indonesia.
* Accommodation: Willing to reside in company-provided quarters (mess) throughout the duration of the training period.
* Commitment: Prepared to fulfill a mandatory 2-year service bond upon program completion.
* Health Standards: Must be in excellent physical and mental health, and completely free from color blindness.
* Readiness: Fully committed to completing a rigorous and intensive training schedule.
