## Position: Specialist Trainee – Field Conductor
The Field Conductor role is critical to the success of our plantation operations, bridging technical agricultural science with day-to-day site management. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience and professional training within a world-class environment.
Core Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Diploma (D3) degree in Agronomy, Plantation Cultivation, Soil Science, Agriculture, or Plant Pests and Diseases.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. However, candidates with up to two years of relevant experience in the plantation sector will be given preference.
* Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in computer operations, specifically the Microsoft Office suite.
* Mobility: Must demonstrate a willingness to be stationed at any of Wilmar’s palm oil plantation locations across Indonesia.
