Role & Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Operator, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our product quality and ensuring compliance with industry benchmarks. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Executing comprehensive quality control inspections within the Production Line QC area.
* Verifying that all products consistently adhere to established quality standards and specifications.
* Monitoring and maintaining stringent food safety protocols throughout the production process.
* Ensuring the integrity and compliance of our production processes and final products with Halal certification requirements.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Essential Qualifications
* Gender: Male.
* Educational Background:
* Graduates from SMAK (Vocational High School with a Chemistry focus).
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry (MIPA), or Food Technology.
* Professional Experience:
* Prior experience in a Quality Control (QC) field within an FMCG company is highly preferred.
* Work experience in the Food & Beverage industry, coupled with a solid understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), SJH (System Jaminan Halal), and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) principles.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this position will align with the UMK (Minimum Wage) for the Banyuasin region.
