## Current Openings and Qualifications
We are currently hiring for several key divisions. All candidates must possess a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) and be willing to be stationed in Lampung Tengah or Tulang Bawang.
1. Accounting Division
* Education: D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, Computerized Accounting, Taxation, or Business Administration.
* Key Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel), strong data analysis, and deep understanding of financial cycles (closing books, trial balances, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow).
2. Drone Team
* Education: D3 or S1 (Any Major).
* Key Skills: Fundamental knowledge of drone operations, maintenance, and flight components. Experience with Mission Planner software is considered a distinct advantage.
3. Factory Operations
* Education: S1/D3 Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Agricultural Technology, or Food Technology).
* Key Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, and technical troubleshooting abilities. Positions are available in Mill & Boiler, Engineering Services, Process House, Instrumentation, and FAS divisions.
4. Human Resources (Personalia)
* Education: S1 Law or equivalent.
* Key Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, analytical mindset, and comprehensive knowledge of government labor regulations and corporate compliance.
5. Plantation Division
* Education: D3/D4/S1 in Agriculture, Forestry, Sciences (Math, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics), or Engineering (Agricultural, Geodesy, Surveying/Mapping).
* Key Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, strong leadership, and critical thinking capabilities.
6. Workshop Team
* Education: D3/S1 in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Electrical Engineering.
* Key Skills: Diagnostic and mechanical problem-solving skills with a focus on preventative and corrective maintenance protocols.
7. Warehouse & Inventory
* Education: D3/D4/S1 (Any Major).
* Key Skills: Exceptional organizational ability, data management proficiency, strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and advanced Excel skills.
