## Current Job Openings
We are currently seeking passionate professionals to fill the following roles across our operational areas in Indonesia:
1. General Affair & Environment Specialist (East Jakarta)
* Manage general service operations, including oversight of outsourcing, security, drivers, and cleaning services.
* Coordinate and control general facility maintenance (buildings, vehicles, sports areas, etc.).
* Monitor environmental compliance, including water quality (IPAL), emissions, noise levels, and waste management.
* Support the PROPER reporting process and ensure adherence to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001 standards.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering.
* Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations and KLHK requirements.
* Proficiency in waste management (B3) and environmental monitoring.
* Certification in PPA, PPU, or B3 Waste Management is highly preferred.
2. HR System & Development (East Jakarta)
* Develop and maintain organizational structures, job analyses, and descriptions.
* Drive the implementation of the Human Resources Management (HRM) system.
* Act as the division’s budget controller and primary analyst for fiscal planning.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management or Industrial Engineering.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Fluent in English.
* Prior experience in HR development and budget controlling is a strong advantage.
3. Area Part Development (Cibitung, West Java)
* Ensure the achievement of sales targets through effective monitoring of orders, delivery lead times, and stock management.
* Conduct regular site visits to Main Dealers and part shops to foster relationships and maintain operational SOPs.
* Analyze market data to provide actionable insights for sales strategies.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or Marketing Management.
* Mastery of MS Office, specifically Excel for data processing.
* Fluent in English with strong presentation skills.
* Must possess both SIM A (manual transmission) and SIM C licenses and be willing to travel.
4. Logistic Operation Staff (Karawang)
* Manage delivery allocations, including Picking Lists (P/L) and motorcycle shipping documents.
* Compile and maintain data for Logistic Operation reports at the Karawang distribution center.
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Logistics Management.
* Familiarity with ISO management standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001).
* High attention to detail and proven experience in administrative or logistics reporting.
5. Digital Platform Staff (East Jakarta)
* Analyze digital platform performance and provide recommendations for enhancement.
* Manage and maintain digital assets, promotional media, and social platforms.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless digital integration and development.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Digital Marketing, Digital Business, or Communication Studies.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in digital platform management or e-commerce.
* Strong grasp of analytics and reporting.
* Passion for the automotive industry; prior experience as a content creator is a significant plus.
