The foundation of the brand lies in the groundbreaking work of Dr. Minoru Shirota, a microbiologist from Kyoto Imperial University. In 1921, he began researching beneficial bacteria, successfully developing the L. casei Shirota strain by 1930. ## Available Career Openings
We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the following roles based at our Sukabumi Factory or Head Office in South Jakarta.
1. Propaganda Staff
* Responsibilities: Execute plant visits and regular film screenings, master product knowledge, maintain promotional equipment, and proactively identify potential engagement opportunities.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major (Biology, Health, Nutrition, Food Tech, or Agriculture preferred). Must possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English (oral and written), and hold a valid SIM A driver’s license.
2. Quality Control Staff
* Responsibilities: Conduct chemical, physical, and microbiological testing on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, while analyzing infrastructure supporting production.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Food Technology, Microbiology, or Chemistry. Proficiency in MS Office and a valid Covid-19 vaccination certificate are required.
3. PPIC Staff
* Responsibilities: Manage administrative tasks related to purchasing, inventory, and shipping; monitor buffer stock; oversee PO status and raw material arrival; and coordinate with warehouse teams.
* Requirements: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting or Finance. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with MS Office are essential.
4. Operator Positions (Packing, Bottling, and Equipment)
* Operator Packing: Ensure packing standards, maintain hygiene, and manage production reports. (Requirement: SMA/Equivalent in Science/Social Studies).
* Operator Bottling: Operate and maintain production machinery, oversee quality control, and handle sanitation processes. (Requirement: SMA/SMK in Science/Social Studies).
* Operator Equipment (WWTP): Manage machinery in the Wastewater Treatment Plant, handle hazardous waste, and maintain facility reports. (Requirement: SMA/SMK, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 1 year of experience).
5. Financial & Administrative Roles
* Tax Staff: Apply tax regulations (PPh/PPN) and verify documentation against tax reports. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Taxation/Accounting and a Brevet A & B certificate.
* Billing Staff: Manage invoices, receipts, and supporting documents. Based in our Head Office, South Jakarta. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or Economics.
