1. Human Capital Staff
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to support our organizational growth and workforce management.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
* Experience: At least two years of relevant experience.
* Core Competencies:
* Strong understanding of labor regulations, industrial relations, and BPJS policies.
* Expertise in the end-to-end recruitment process, including Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI).
* Proficiency in organizational and employee development.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
* Capability to draft company regulations, employment contracts, and internal HR policies in compliance with legal standards.
* Excellent analytical and reporting skills regarding human capital metrics.
2. Board of Directors Secretary
We require a detail-oriented and professional Secretary to assist our leadership team in achieving operational excellence.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, with a preference for Management, Communication, or Secretarial studies.
* Experience: Minimum of two years in a secretarial or personal assistant capacity.
* Core Competencies:
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Calendar, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Teams).
