## Key Responsibilities
As a QC Operator, you will play a critical role in upholding our reputation for manufacturing excellence. Your daily duties will encompass:
* Sample Verification: Rigorously inspect and test production samples to ensure they are identical to final manufactured goods, guaranteeing strict adherence to established corporate quality benchmarks.
* Corrective Formulation: Analyze out-of-specification results and promptly develop effective corrective formulas to align production output with required quality standards.
* Compliance Adherence: Execute all operational procedures strictly in accordance with applicable ISO standards and internal quality management protocols.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive, resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Age: Male candidates aged between 21 and 35 years old.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma or vocational school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Health Requirement: Must not suffer from color blindness.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a Quality Control role; prior working experience within a masterbatch manufacturing environment will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Personal Attributes: Highly meticulous, agile, resilient, quick-witted, and possessing strong numerical aptitude.
* Work Arrangement: Physically prepared and willing to work in a rotating 3-shift system.
* Location: Willing to be stationed at our facility in Delta Silicon, Cikarang Pusat.
