* Age Restriction: Maximum 25 years of age.
* Professional Readiness: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Familiarity with design or engineering software such as AutoCAD is considered a significant advantage.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to solve complex problems under pressure.

## Program Commitments and Deployment
