## About the Unit Head Development Program (UH DP)
The Unit Head Development Program is a strategic fast-track career initiative designed specifically for the factory division. This program operates under a two-year service bond, providing high-potential individuals with intensive training, leadership experience, and a clear path toward management roles within the Mayora Group ecosystem.
## Available Positions and Key Responsibilities
We are currently recruiting for two distinct tracks within the UH DP program. Successful candidates will be responsible for operational integrity and performance optimization at our manufacturing facilities.
1. Unit Head Development Program (UHDP) – Warehouse
This role focuses on the tactical and strategic oversight of warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in supply chain logistics.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Overseeing comprehensive planning, control, and reporting of all warehouse activities.
* Managing stock-taking procedures and reporting results accurately.
* Supervising loading and unloading protocols to ensure seamless inventory flow.
* Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in warehouse management (minimum 1 year) is a distinct advantage.
* Proficiency in inventory management methodologies, including FIFO, FEFO, and LIFO.
* Full flexibility regarding geographic placement based on company requirements.
* Must be willing to work in a rotating three-shift schedule.
2. Unit Head Development Program (UHDP) – Water Resources
This technical role is dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our water production systems, ensuring all resources meet our rigorous quality and sustainability standards.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Executing system maintenance protocols related to water resource management.
* Ensuring operational targets are met in alignment with production planning.
* Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Fresh graduates are welcome; one year of relevant experience is preferred.
* Proven ability to interpret Pipe and Instrument Diagrams (P&ID).
* Must be willing to accept assignment to any company location as needed.
* Must be prepared to work within a three-shift rotation.
