## Production Operator Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and hardworking professional to support our manufacturing output in Cikarang. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the fabrication and assembly of high-standard water management products.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure you succeed in this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum educational background of SMA or SMK (High School or Vocational School).
* Industry Experience: Previous working experience as a mechanical fitter will be considered a strong advantage.
* Tool Proficiency: Capable of operating standard workshop tools, including angle grinders and various fabrication equipment.
* Technical Skills: A solid understanding of welding machinery; hands-on welding capability is highly preferred.
* Personal Attributes: Highly detail-oriented, strictly disciplined, and possesses a strong collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team.
* Work Environment: Physically prepared and willing to work in a demanding production plant environment and adapt to operational demands.
