We are currently hiring for several key positions. Please review the qualifications and responsibilities for each role carefully.
1. Warehouse Admin Staff
This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our logistics operations.
* Requirements:
* Male, max. 27 years old.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree.
* At least 2 years of experience in warehouse management.
* Possess a valid Forklift License (SIO).
* Proficient in MS Office and computer systems.
* Strong numerical skills; must not be colorblind.
* Responsibilities:
* Process incoming local and imported goods and verify delivery documents.
* Update stock records in the system and manage transfers between warehouse and production zones.
* Ensure strict adherence to FIFO principles.
* Perform cycle counts and stock opname to ensure system accuracy.
* Maintain workplace cleanliness through daily 5S practices.
2. Warehouse Operator
Our warehouse operators are the backbone of our inventory handling process.
* Requirements:
* Male, max. 27 years old.
* High school vocational (SMK) graduate (all majors).
* At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
* Solid understanding of FIFO procedures and basic computer skills.
* Strong numerical skills; must not be colorblind.
* Responsibilities:
* Repack tires, alloy wheels, and child parts.
* Support material supply to the production floor.
* Perform part checks prior to loading and manage container unloading.
* Assist with inventory accuracy, including cycle counts and stock opname.
* Maintain 5S standards in the work area.
3. Production Operator
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our assembly lines.
* Requirements:
* Male, max. 24 years old.
* Vocational (SMK) graduate in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Minimum height of 165cm and excellent physical health.
* Responsibilities:
* Execute component assembly according to established work instructions.
* Perform visual inspections of parts during assembly.
* Conduct daily machine maintenance checks.
* Wear mandatory PPE and apply 5S principles at all times.
4. Quality Control Inspector
The QC Inspector ensures that every component meets our rigorous safety and quality benchmarks.
* Requirements:
* Male, vocational (SMK) graduate in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
* Proven experience in Quality Control.
* Strong knowledge of motorcycle production processes, specifically alloy wheel assembly.
* Proficient in using precision measuring tools and quality documentation.
* Responsibilities:
* Execute incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections.
* Analyze, report, and manage non-conforming (NG) parts.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation for all quality assurance activities.
