Available Positions
* Operator Packer: Responsible for the seamless packaging of products, ensuring every item meets our strict quality SOPs, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
* Operator Pallet Mover: Tasked with the efficient and secure transport of materials using pallet movers, adhering to safety protocols and keeping work areas optimized for productivity.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are ready to contribute to our fast-paced production lines. To be considered for these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Health: Must be in good physical and mental health.
* Work Ethic: High level of discipline, responsibility, and keen attention to detail.
* Teamwork: A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team-based environment.
* Flexibility: Readiness to work within a rotating shift system.
* Technical Requirements:
* For Packer Candidates: Prior experience as a packing or production operator is highly preferred.
* For Pallet Mover Candidates: Mandatory possession of a valid TemanK3-registered SIO (Operator License). Previous experience in operating pallet movers is considered a significant advantage.
* Safety Awareness: A solid understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (K3) procedures.
