We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Logistics Operators. This role is essential to maintaining the high operational standards that our global partners expect.
## Core Responsibilities and Daily Operations
As a Logistics Operator, you will be the backbone of our warehouse and production flow. Your primary duties will include:
* Production Support: Operating manufacturing machinery while strictly adhering to established Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Preventive Maintenance: Performing routine care, including visual inspections, lubrication, and minor component replacements to ensure equipment longevity.
* Inventory Management: Overseeing the systematic storage, documentation, and organized tracking of all parts and materials.
* Material Handling: Utilizing forklifts for safe and efficient transportation of goods within the facility.
* Documentation: Utilizing basic computer skills and Excel to maintain accurate inventory logs and production records.
## Requirements for Prospective Candidates
We value experience, reliability, and a proactive mindset. To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK), with a preference for candidates from Technical, Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical backgrounds.
* Professional Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, logistics, or machine maintenance.
* Certifications: A valid SIM A driver's license is required for operational duties.
* Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to operate forklifts safely.
* Safety & Methodology: A firm understanding of 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and workplace Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
