We are currently seeking dedicated professionals for the following positions based in Tanjung Morawa, North Sumatra.
1. Production Staff
This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that our production lines run smoothly while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in any major.
* Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing or the snack food industry is highly advantageous.
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of production workflows and standard operating procedures (SOP).
* Operational Oversight: Capable of supervising production staff (manpower) on the floor to maintain efficiency.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate seamless coordination between the production team and other departments.
* Quality Control: Diligent in monitoring product standards throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance.
* Placement: Tanjung Morawa, North Sumatra.
2. Internal Auditor
We are looking for an analytical professional to help strengthen our internal controls and ensure that our operational processes remain robust and compliant with industry standards.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in any major, though candidates with backgrounds in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Management Economics are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Experience: This position is open to fresh graduates; however, candidates with previous audit experience in manufacturing or the snack industry will be prioritized.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of internal policies, industry regulations, and the specific mandates governing the snack food sector.
* Compliance Awareness: Working knowledge of food safety standards such as GHP, GMP, and ISO 9001.
* Process Improvement: Ability to collaborate across departments to refine and update internal control policies.
