## Finance & Administration Development Program (FADP)
SERA is currently inviting ambitious professionals to join the Finance & Administration Development Program (FADP). This six-month intensive training initiative is designed to sharpen your management expertise and provide deep insights into the core financial and administrative processes that drive the SERA Group.
Core Responsibilities
Participants in the FADP will gain hands-on experience by overseeing vital operational functions at the branch level, including:
* Managing branch cash flow, billing progress, and accounts receivable (A/R).
* Verifying payment requests and ensuring accurate debt recognition documentation.
* Conducting bank reconciliations for vendor and customer transactions.
* Maintaining oversight of branch cash balances and asset conditions.
* Generating comprehensive reports on branch performance and annual budgetary requirements.
* Supervising administrative personnel and managing branch facilities.
* Coordinating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
* Promoting a healthy and safe work environment, including oversight of medical check-ups and facility standards.
## Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this development program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
2. Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Previous experience (up to 2 years) in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Internal Audit, or Public Accounting is considered an advantage.
3. Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old.
4. Skills: Proven ability to create and analyze financial statements. Candidates must possess sharp analytical thinking, a high level of attention to detail, strong initiative, and a customer-centric mindset.
5. Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
6. Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our operational locations across Indonesia.
